which was held in Taipei in the month of FEB 2006. She played the World No.1
Nicole David during the Team Match against Malaysia and came as close to 10- 8
in the 3rd game.

7. Dipika attained World Ranking No.1 in the rising star Under 19 rankings in the month of May 2008, may 2010, which is the first time any indian(male/female) has ever achieved.
8. Started Playing the professional circuit at the tender age of 15. Playing along side professionals aged 7 to 10 years senior to her. Dipika has entered 2 semifinals an 1 finals in the professional circuit. She stands 49 in the WISPA ranking.
9. Besides her squash talent, Dipika is no ordinary teenager. As the world sees her on Television and in the Papers nearly every other day. She has been endorsing products and has been invited to be the BRAND AMBASSADOR of

Odyssia, an Italian Shoe Venture,
Vammaa Oils, a virgin oil company,
Nike, the Sporting Company and

The media in chennai go gaga over Dipika be it in the Squash Courts or while she is attending shows and functions. She is amongst the Top Ten Women in Chennai, who got the award from "JUST FOR WOMEN" magazine alongside Shruthi Haassan, Soundarya Rajinikant, Priya Selvaraj, Kushboo and Others. Last month she was invited for the RITZ Awards function, where she was adjudged as one amongst the 19 Divas of Chennai. Here again she was the youngest of all at age of 17 and the only sport personality who was chosen amongst Entrepreneurs, Doctors and Film Personalities.
